It there something wrong with by mental state?

I'm 16 and I was With a guy for a while . We broke up about 8 months ago and since then I've dated/ seen about 9 guys . Whenever I would break up with one I felt no emotion but indifference.. I also flirt with guys who I have no intentions of dating . Is theore something wrong ? What should I do? thanks in advance for the help
