I'm not religous and i'm moving to a Catholic school?

My dad is not religious. He bases all of his beliefs on science. And so he tries to make me believe the same. But I feel bad! I've only been to church once in my entire life. But I still pray and believe in god. Is that bad? My dad's fiance is like a second mom to me<3 and she said she would help me learn the Catholic religion and take me to church every Sunday. I really want to be Catholic and learn about God. The problem is I am moving to a Catholic school for 8th grade and I'm not religious! I know most of the people there, and they're all really nice! I came to that school for a day to follow the classes and see what the school is like. And they say a prayer like the pledge of allegiance every morning. And before lunch. And at the end of the day. They also have mass once a week.. what's that?! And have a religion class. I am so frustrated and I need to know where and how I can start learning. Do I need to know everything about this religion? Do you think they will judge me because I don't study religion? And If I had the choice then I would! I feel like it's a great thing to have in your life.. I just need some advice, all help is appreciated. Thanks!<3 :)
