Are sims game better than other action game ?

I say yes sims 3 is better than action games but the inly problem with sims games is that you got bored after some months also games like gta4 ,crysis 2 and racing game like nfs shift 2 requires just 7-16 gb but my sims 3 with all its expansion is of 27 gb
