No framework found,Sims 3 monkey helper?

Somebody can help my?I install The sims 3,and then Helper Monkey,but when i try to install a package ,that say No framework found,and then he giving my a link to download the framework for sims (,mods,files,with resources.cfg,etc)But the same problem,i download net.framework the new one,and the same problem,i try everything,but the same problem.What can i do?Is there another program like Helper Monkey for Sims 3?To install package...??
