Can someone help with a Sims 3 problem?

Well it seems that a file in the game is corrupted. Chances are, its not fixable. Keep trying. I have had that problem before but after a while, I gave up. Your having far more luck than I was. My solution was selling and re-buying the furniture and moving them into one house and then back. :l
