Fraternity question................?

my grandfather, and two of my uncles pledged omega psi phi, my mom and my aunt pledged delta sigma theta and my god mother pledged alpha kappa alpha, and some members of my extended family pledged other frats and sororities. so it run in the family, i was wondering if i could join a frat and transfer schools. like im going to kentucky state university and i was going to pledge omega psi phi there but i plan on transferring to the university of louisville my junior and graduate from there and test out playing d-1 football, but would i still be apart of that frat or will i have to pledge omega psi phi at uofl
