How can I get teen woohoo in the sims 3?

I've been trying to find out for a while now, and have seen a lot of instructions on installing things, but, to be honest, I'm lost. I've never downloaded or installed any type of mod or hack before, so I don't know what I'm doing, and I really don't want to screw up my laptop. So if anyone has, like, a dummies guide for getting teen woohoo in the sims 3, it would be appreciated.
