Should i keep lying? really need some advice yo?

ok so lemme just give you a quick summary of muh my situation im 19 and cause i was raised sheltered and have had soo much drama wit ppl i only like 2 friends as of today. technically one cause the other was my bff but then she betrayed me and now we just aquaintances. anyways i wanna make new friends but its really hard cause i dont know how to tell people i have no life and hardly friends. like when they ask me what im up to i usually lie and say oh im at work or hanging out wit friends. which in reality im actually playing the sims or watching movies by myself. so i dunno what to do to add to the load most kids my age already have their groups of friends and such so....
